If you are a consumer (i.e. you do not purchase with a VAT number), our products are covered by the 24 (twenty-four) month warranty provided for by the Consumer Code, a period starting from the date of delivery of the goods.
If, on the other hand, you purchase with a VAT number, therefore you are a professional and not a consumer, the legal guarantee period is 12 (twelve) months from the date of purchase, according to the provisions of the Civil Code.
Keep your proof of purchase carefully. It will be necessary to recover it in order to be able to use the guarantee if necessary.
In your interest, remember that to exercise your right to the guarantee you have two months from the discovery of the defect to report it to the seller, under penalty of loss of the same.
how to exercise the guarantee
Despite our great commitment to always provide you with quality, reliable and long-lasting products, should you need to activate the guarantee, you will proceed to open a call by following these simple instructions:
– contact your reference store (we recommend doing so by email);
– communicates the purchase references;
– clearly describe the problem. If useful, take and send some photos or, in case of malfunctions of moving parts, a short video.
Should it be necessary to proceed with a complete replacement of a product no longer available in the meantime, you will be offered the replacement with an alternative product comparable in terms of characteristics and value.
In the event that the repair and / or replacement of the product does not fall within the warranty conditions, (see in this regard the paragraph – Exclusions) the assistance center will provide you with a quote for the cost of the intervention, which will take into account the travel and work times and the cost of the parts necessary for the restoration of the product itself.
Except as stated for the Warranty Terms, the warranty lapses when the products:
they have been assembled incorrectly and in any case without respecting the requirements on the product sheet delivered together with the product itself (in case you have not used the assembly service);
have been used in an inappropriate manner and / or different from the normal intended use for that type of product;
have been tampered with, altered or repaired with unauthorized interventions and / or not managed by the authorized service center;
they have been cleaned with products and / or procedures that are not suitable for the type of material and in any case without respecting the maintenance instructions on the product sheet;
they show the normal wear and tear that can reasonably be expected, taking into account the time elapsed since delivery, the nature of the material and / or the specific finish;
have cuts, scratches, dents and any other accidental damage that appeared after the time of delivery;
they are used in outdoor or particularly humid environments, unless they have been indicated as suitable for such use or are so due to the nature of the material used.
The warranty is for the benefit of the original purchaser of the product only and is not transferable to third parties.
